Client Director

Job Summary: 

The purpose of the Client Director position is to drive new business relationships coupled with serving as a success advocate for existing customers. The primary focus of the role is to locate and qualify new prospects as well as manage and grow existing business relationships: 

    • Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities 
    • Build and extend relationships with key executives in key accounts 
    • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service 
    • Maintain a network of OEM and resale partners

    • Sales and some technical experience with selling any of the following: cloud, devops, IT automation 
    • Possess a track record of prospecting, qualifying, and managing customer commitment as a part of the sales process 
    • Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships 
    • Enjoy working with customers and external audiences 
    • High energy and drive with good negotiation skills 
    • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills 
    • Skill in preparing written communications and materials 
    • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care 
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly 
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
